Wise Words From Rusty Bear

Rusty Bear is an amazing Dawg-Father.  He had double knee surgery last November to help his dislocated bones after the massive amounts of abuse he endured before getting rescued. But the way he struts today, you'd never believe what difficult painful times he has been through in his life.  He's a true role model to the world.  We are writing his heroic story and we'll keep you updated when it's published. 

Cream In My Coffee - For Kim Klassen's Texture Tuesday Challenge

This is a photo from last November, but reposted this time with an addition of two pretty textures by Kim Klassen. Her Texture Tuesday Challenge is a tea or coffee cup with an overlay of any of her textures.  I really do like the combination of her two textures, "Cream In My Coffee" and "Soft Shale."  They blend well together!

Watching Sunday Evening's Sunset At the Barn

Late this evening, we visited Bubba after he had been fed dinner. When we turned him out into the pasture to graze the grass, the sun was setting behind the mountain. The golden sunlight was extremely beautiful. All was so peaceful and quiet. A truly perfect ending to one of the most beautiful Sundays and a lovely start the month of May.  I hope you've enjoyed a blissful weekend too.  I will try catch up with you all this week to see what you've been up to.  It's rather late now, so time to get rested now.  Good night everyone.
